Jessica is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) licensed as a P1 Licensed Paralegal in perfect professional standing. She is a recipient of and possesses an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies (with a Minor in Business Management), in which she was on the Dean's Honour List for 6 consecutive semesters during her time studying at Humber College Lakeshore, ultimately graduating with honours and a 4.0 GPA. Jessica has extensive knowledge, understanding, education, and experience in navigating the Canadian legal system, Ontario Court procedures, dealing with any and all types of legal matters, and possesses advanced business, financial, and project management skills. Jessica has over 7+ years of experience in the legal field as a full-time practicing Paralegal and Senior Legal Assistant in almost every area of law. Although Prolegal Law offers legal services for a majority of legal matters within the permitted scope of Paralegal practice, Jessica is professionally known for her tremendous successes and remarkable wins in her core specializations of Civil Litigation, Small Claims Court, Business Law, Contract Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Human Rights Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Highway Traffic Act/Provincial Offences legal matters. She notably has gained over 11+ years of experience in numerous business managerial positions in an array of professional industries in addition to law, such as residential & commercial real estate sales, property development/management, corporate construction management, telecommunications infrastructure, and institutional/governmental architectural design. In addition to the Law Society of Ontario, Jessica has further noteworthy significant professional memberships, affiliations, and certifications with the Ontario Paralegal Association (OPA), the Canadian Alliance of Paralegals (CAP), the Women in Business Network (WIBN), the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the Humber College Lakeshore Longo Faculty of Business/The Business School Alumni, The Law Society Gazette, and the Toronto & GTA Women in Business Group (TWIBG).
